Residents of the mostly black neighborhood surrounding Joe Robbie Stadium, the new home of the Miami Dolphins, are suing the owner for $100 million, saying the project violates their civil rights.

Opponents of the stadium said it was pushed through without consideration of the neighborhood, in part because residents are black.
