Train Car Derails; 1 Hurt

LA GRANDE, Ore. — A flatbed car in a 66-car freight train came uncoupled, left the track and tumbled onto Interstate 84 on Friday. A truck driver on the road was injured and the highway was blocked for about five hours, authorities said.
