Triton Group Ltd. Reports Quarterly Income Is Up 32%

La Jolla-based Triton Group Ltd. reported a 32% increase in second-quarter net income, to $6.8 million. Revenues for the period rose 46% to $117 million. For the six months ended July 31, Triton net income is up 96% from the previous year to $11.6 million. Revenues for the two quarters total $237 million, up 30% from the same period a year ago.
Triton, which is 41% owned by Intermark Inc., which also has headquarters in La Jolla, sells products and services ranging from clothes patterns to aerospace components.
