Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. sold its food service foil and foil container business to Packaging Corp. of America (PCA), a Tenneco company. The assets involved in the sale include the Wanatah, Ind., plant; a small manufacturing facility in Bensenville, Ill.; food service production equipment at the Permanente, Calif. plant, and product inventories. Kaiser Aluminum is an operating subsidiary of KaiserTech Ltd., both of which are based in Oakland. The sale price was not disclosed.
