Milton Baker, pictured, has been named senior vice president and director of sales for World Title Co., Burbank, and Ed Edwards has been appointed vice president and director of corporate sales for the firm. Baker will be responsible for sales throughout the company and its California-wide offices.
Dori Jones has been named project coordinator of the Business Parks Development Group of Bedford Properties Inc., Rancho California.
J. M. Martin Development Corp., Newport Beach, has announced the promotion of Kathy Leach to corporate controller. Leach, who has been with the firm for four years, will be responsible for the daily financial operations of all development-affiliated entities.
Daniel F. Mulvihill, president of Pacific Southwest Mortgage Corp., San Diego, has been elected treasurer of the Mortgage Bankers Assn. of America for 1988 and 1989. A member since 1965, Mulvihill has been active on various boards and committees and received the Distinguished Service Award in 1984.
