I have discovered, by chance, two wonderful new series on Saturdays: “Secrets & Mysteries” (6:30 p.m., Channel 7), an intelligent, entertaining and visually excellent program, and “Dr. Science” (11 a.m., Channel 11), which is zany, offbeat and occasionally informative.
