Actress Tahnee Welch Mugged in New York

NEW YORK — A 17-year-old man was arrested early today after he and another man allegedly knocked the actress daughter of Raquel Welch to the street and stole her purse, containing $20 and credit cards, police said.

Tahnee Welch, 26, who appears on CBS’ “Falcon Crest,” was in Manhattan early today when she was attacked by the men who hit her with their fists. Elvin May, 17, was stopped by a witness and held for police. Welch was taken to a hospital for stitches.
