Ex-Mayor Lindsay ‘Fine’

NEW YORK — Former Mayor John V. Lindsay, who underwent surgery to repair a leaky heart valve last week, is out of the intensive care unit and “doing fine,” a spokeswoman at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center said Friday. Lindsay, 67, was listed in stable condition.
