I watched in puzzled amusement as President Reagan delivered his State of the Union address--complete with histrionics about the number of pages in the budget bill.
In view of the fact that this document covers the budget for 240 million people--the largest economic entity on the planet--perhaps Reagan can state exactly how many pages he expects such a comprehensive document to have.
