John Newcomb Forms Firm

John Newcomb, former division president of the home building Anden Group Co., of Covina, has formed Newcomb Development Inc., a residential development firm based in Newport Beach.
Newcomb is developing 159 condominiums in Huntington Beach, and single-family projects in Glendora and Chino. He said the firm will specialize in in-fill sites and plans to build 200 to 300 homes a year.
Newcomb Development, operating also under the name of Kynhee Development, has interests in a 540-unit single family community northwest of Tucson.
