Westlake Plaza Offices Planned
Ground has been broken for two new office buildings to be added to Westlake Village Plaza, a commercial office development of Carlton Browne Associates of Costa Mesa.
The project is located on a 15.6-acre site at Westlake Boulevard and U. S. 101.
The two structures, each 85,000 square feet, will be constructed at a cost of $8 million and will be designed in a Spanish Heritage theme to harmonize with an existing three-story office building.
Langdon Wilson Mumper Architects of Newport Beach were awarded the design contract. Rick Poulos is the firm’s partner in charge.
