Stouffer will build a resort-hotel in San Diego County. The $87-million, 425-room luxury resort-hotel and an 18-hole golf course will be built in an unincorporated area about 20 miles east of downtown San Diego, the Solon, Ohio-based company said. The Stouffer Las Montanas Resort, which will be built on a 315-acre tract, will cater primarily to business groups.
