T. N. Stevens Takes Reins of Bankers Assn.

Timothy N. Stevens of Union Bank’s mortgage banking group, Sherman Oaks, has been installed as president of the Southern California Mortgage Bankers Assn., succeeding Robert H. Craven of Dwyer-Curlett & Co., Los Angeles-based mortgage bankers.
Carrie A. Hawkins of Trinity Mortgage Co. Inc., was installed as vice president--a post that traditionally leads to the presidency the following year.
Carol Smith of Beverly Hills Securities Co. is the new secretary, while Richard Calva of Lowell, Smith & Evers was elected treasurer. Carolyn G. Zarro of BBH Mortgage Co. was named assistant treasurer.
