“The Murder of Mary Phagan,” if true, is the worst miscarriage of justice in our history. Our hero, the governor, lost everything to prove a man’s innocence, only to walk away and let him be hanged while the guilty one walked away free and outlived all of them. Justice? After all these years, what have you accomplished by exposing it now?
