Annapolis, Md., police believe they have arrested the man who was shown “cooking” the hallucinogenic drug PCP on a segment of CBS News’ “West 57th” show. Michael Wilson Davis, 30, of College Park, Md., was arrested Thursday as he allegedly arranged with an undercover police officer to buy chemicals needed to manufacture PCP, or phencyclidine hydrochloride, police said. Police allege Davis is a major East Coast manufacturer of the drug, and the officials believe Davis was the shadowed figure who appeared on a recent “West 57th” in a report on the dangers of PCP.
