“In the Realm of Ideas,” an exhibition of the works of Frank Lloyd Wright, has begun a two-year trek tour around the country--including a 1990 stop in San Diego. The exhibition features about 160 works ranging from drawings and photographs to models by Wright. “The aim is to explore the ideas underlying Frank Lloyd Wright’s work,” said Robert Hoffman, chairman of the exhibition committee at the Dallas Museum of Art, first to show the exhibition. The exhibit includes Wright’s designs for the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, the Guggenheim Museum in New York, Fallingwater in Pennsylvania and the Marin County Civic Center in California.
