3 Ski Resort Workers Die in Explosion, Fire

CANAAN VALLEY, W. Va. — An explosion and fire in a maintenance building Sunday at the Canaan Valley Ski Resort killed three resort employees, a resort spokesman said. The explosion apparently involved an air compressor used for making snow.
