Arafat Sees Soviet Aide

TUNIS, Tunisia — Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat discussed the uprising in the Israeli-occupied territories with Mikhail Sitenko, a senior Soviet envoy, in Tunis on Thursday and was given a message from Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev, the Palestinian news agency WAFA said.
