Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates has appointed four new vice presidents at corporate headquarters in Irvine. Doug Abramson, former senior director of computer services, is now vice president of computer services for the engineering, planning and surveying firm. Barbara Eljenholm, who previously served as director of environmental services with the company’s planning department, has been promoted to vice president of environmental services. Gary Miller, responsible for management and engineering of many of the company’s Southern California public works projects, has been named vice president of public works engineering. And Michael Miller has been promoted to vice president of surveying.
