Orange County : 4-A PREP BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS : Santa Ana Valley Falls to Scott, Moreno Valley

Chopin Scott scored 39 points and Duke Sutton 32 to lead Moreno Valley High School to a 105-75 victory over Santa Ana Valley in a first-round 4-A game Friday at Moreno Valley.
Scott, a guard, also had 15 rebounds and 11 assists. Sutton made 16 of 18 shots.
Moreno Valley (21-4) led by 13 at halftime and increased it to 22 at the end of third quarter. Santa Ana Valley, led by Roshawn Lacy’s 17 points, was outrebounded, 47-28.
Santa Ana Valley ended its season at 14-11.
