Orange County : PREP BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS : Small Schools : Masada Wins Easily Over Claremont

Gilbert Ruff scored 24 points to lead Masada High School to an 84-54 victory over Claremont in the first round of the Southern Section Small Schools boys’ basketball playoffs at Claremont.
Devlin White and Earl Victor each added 10 points for Masada.
Claremont, making its first appearance in the Southern Section playoffs, was led by Derek Evans, who led all scorers with 26. Teammate Tom Patraw added 12.
