City Prep Basketball Playoffs

Reseda Cleveland 56, Fairfax 52--Dawn Stewart scored 25 points and had 10 rebounds in the 4-A game to lead the Cavaliers (9-6) at Cleveland. Fairfax finished 8-7.

L.A. Washington 61, L.A. Jordan 56--Despite 42 points by Jordan guard Kim Young, the Generals (12-10) defeated the Bulldogs (5-6) in a 4-A game at Washington.

Crenshaw 62, Chatsworth 39--Forward Denise Slater scored 16 points and had 18 rebounds at Crenshaw to lead the Cougars (12-7) past the Chancellors (5-6) in a 4-A game

South Gate 47, Canoga Park 42--Center Brigette Eaves had 23 points and 30 rebounds to lead the Rams (13-4) in the 3-A game at South Gate.

Eagle Rock 49, San Fernando 17--The Eagles (16-4) scored the first 25 points and routed the Tigers (7-8) in a 3-A game at Eagle Rock. Center Karen Murdock led Eagle Rock with 16 points.
