McDonald to Preside Over 2 Realty Groups

Paula McDonald has been elected 1988 president of the 1,000-member American Industrial Real Estate Assn. and its subsidiary, the Industrial Multiple, both of which have offices in the Sheraton Grande Office Centre in downtown Los Angeles.
McDonald, the first woman to be elected president of the association, has been a real estate professional since 1972 and is vice president and partner in the McDonald Co. in Woodland Hills.
Other officers include Chris Stauff, the Goodglick Co., first vice president; David Powell, Grubb & Ellis, vice president and director of the Industrial Multiple.
Others are Jack Schlaifer, Bankers Property Group, vice president for ethics/arbitration; Chuck Lyons, Lyons & Lyons, treasurer, and Rod Moore, the MacDonald Co., secretary.
