San Diego Gas & Electric on Monday declared a quarterly dividend of 65 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The 10-cent, or 4% increase, raised the annual dividend rate to $2.60 from $2.50. The dividend will be paid April 15 to shareholders of record on March 10. The company’s last dividend increase was announced in February, 1987, when the dividend was increased by 12 cents per share.
