Ellen Lehman has been promoted to vice president, sales, for A-M Homes’ Southern California region, based in Newport Beach. Lehman, who has been with A-M Homes since 1985, was previously director of sales. Earlier, she worked for Broadmoor Homes and for J.M. Peters, where she was involved in escrow administration, financing and sales. A-M Homes, headquartered in Santa Barbara, is a home-building, investment property and mortgage banking company.
