Doesn’t Mayor Tom Bradley have anything better to do than plan a monument celebrating Los Angeles as home to immigrants?
Following are some of the problems he might address himself to:
--The mess on the freeways, including trucks jackknifing and spilling their loads all over the place.
--Gang warfare--I suggest he call out the National Guard.
