Lorraine R. Norvell has been named to the new position of vice president of buyer services for Geneva Business Services, Costa Mesa. She had been a buyer/manager before the promotion. Before joining Geneva in 1987, Norvell was vice president of corporate development for Business Investment Group of America in Tallahassee. Earlier, she was owner and manager of L. Rice & Co., a real estate company in Canfield, Ohio. Geneva Business Services is part of the Geneva Cos., which specializes in providing evaluation, merger, acquisition and divestiture services to middle-market business owners.
