Two class-action lawsuits alleging securities law violations were filed against film maker Dino De Laurentiis and the Beverly Hills firm he founded, De Laurentiis Entertainment Group, according to Greenfield & Chimicles, a law firm representing company stockholders. The founder resigned last month from the debt-laden firm, which has been undergoing a restructuring process. A company spokesman said that he had not seen the suits, which reportedly allege misrepresentations and failure to disclose information important to people who invested in stock and debentures between May 30, 1986, and June 22, 1987.
