Linnet F. Deily was named executive vice president of First Interstate Bank of California. Deily, 42, heads the bank’s Los Angeles North division, headquartered in Glendale, and is in charge of 53 branch offices and about 1,240 employees. She joined the bank’s parent firm, First Interstate Bancorp, in 1981 and moved to the bank itself two years later.
