Ronald K. Gaynor, 35, has been appointed senior vice president of US Ecology Inc., a subsidiary of American Ecology Corp. He will be responsible for the company’s low-level radioactive waste new site development program. Gaynor has headed US Ecology’s California Project for the past two years. He will be replaced in that position by Steve Romano.
