Frank L. Salizzoni, chief executive of TW Services Inc.; Jerome J. Richardson, president of TW Services, and James C. Verney, recently appointed president of WDH Services Inc., have joined the board of WDH Services, general partner of Winchell’s Donut Houses, a limited partnership with headquarters in La Mirada. Richardson also was elected chairman. John D. Radebaugh, senior vice president of Denny’s Inc., has resigned from the board. WDH Services is a subsidiary of Denny’s, which is owned by TW Services.
