Steven Nash, the acting director and chief curator of the Dallas Museum of Art, has resigned to take a position in San Francisco, museum officials said this week. Nash, 43, will become associate director-chief curator and curator of European art at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. He joins his former boss, Harry Parker III, who resigned last April to become director of the San Francisco institution, which includes the M. H. de Young Memorial Museum and the California Palace of the Legion of Honor.
