Brazil Bus Plunge Kills 27

SAO PAULO, Brazil — A bus plunged off a mountain highway into the Casqueiro River on Thursday, killing at least 27 people, officials said. The accident occurred 35 miles east of Sao Paulo as the bus was traveling from Sao Bernardo to the seaport of Santos.
