There will be added incentive for the 16 teams--including Chatsworth, Saugus and Simi Valley--competing in the Colonial baseball tournament, which begins in 10 days in Orlando, Fla.
Cable network ESPN will broadcast the April 2 championship game on a taped-delay basis, said George Kirchgassner, the tournament director. ESPN also will tape games Friday and Saturday. The event will mark the first national broadcast of a high school baseball game, Kirchgassner said.
