Charles Clayton has joined the board of La Habra-based Landmark Bank and Landmark Bancorp, succeeding Robert Christensen, who resigned to pursue out-of-state business interests. Clayton is president of both Chuck Clayton Inc., an insurance agency, and Kanola Properties, a real estate development company.
