GOP Opposes Use of State Funds to Counsel Gay Students

Outrageous! How could LaFollette be so insensitive and childish to vote against district school funds because of one caring counselor? The fact that some of these young students are taunted and afraid to contact Uribe other than by phone demonstrates the need for Project 10. It’s sad that even the program must have a code name. LaFollette thinks that the project is not a “proper function” for a school system. I think that discrimination and insensitivity are not “proper functions” for the state Assembly.
