Thomas Tardio has been named chief financial officer and vice president-administration at Rogers & Cowan Inc., an international public relations firm based in Los Angeles. Tardio previously was a vice president at Columbia Pictures. Recently, Rogers & Cowan Inc. combined forces with Shandwick PLC, the largest independent public relations organization in the world.
