Mark Rosen, Democratic Party regional director, will talk about how to become a delegate to the Democratic National Convention at a meeting today of the Democratic Club of West Orange County.
The meeting, which is open to all interested parties, will be at 7:30 p.m. at Progressive Savings & Loan, 19900 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach.
