Reagan to Visit Richmond

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will travel to Richmond, Va., Monday to tour the Reynolds Metals Co. plant and to promote his trade policies, his spokesman said today. He will also attend a reception for GOP fund raisers, returning afterward to Washington.
