Ronald D. Sugar has been named vice president and general manager of the space communications division at TRW, Redondo Beach. He succeeds Daniel P. Sullivan who has been named to the newly created position of vice president of technology development of the TRW space and defense sector. Sugar previously was deputy program manager for the Milstar payload program. Milstar is the nation’s next-generation military communications satellite system.
