Klipfel Leads Notre Dame Win

Jim Klipfel made up three body lengths in the final leg of the 400-yard freestyle relay Wednesday to help Notre Dame clinch a 42-34 Del Rey League victory over Crespi.
Notre Dame (5-2, 3-0 in league meets) led by four points going into the 400 free relay and needed to win the event to win the meet. Klipfel, Notre Dame’s final swimmer, won the event in 3:43.6.
