Ropak Corp., the Fullerton plastic container maker, said it has acquired 50% interest in a British company that develops and owns plastic cold-forming processes and other technologies related to the manufacture of containers. Ropak said it also has been granted an exclusive license to use the company’s technologies in the United States and Canada. Ropak paid $300,000 cash and $600,000 worth of Ropak common stock for the company, Flamegrace Ltd.
