Coast Savings & Loan said it has signed a definitive agreement with Denver Group Holdings Inc., a Los Angeles-based information systems firm, to sell Data Line Service Co., Coast’s wholly owned data-processing business. The sale price will be $35 million. In addition, Los Angeles-based Coast will enter into a service agreement with Data Line. Other terms of the sale, which is due to be completed in the third quarter of 1988, were not disclosed. Covina-based Data Line provides data-processing services to about 125 financial institutions.
