Do executives at Bullock’s want to know what Nordstrom’s customers think about Nordstrom credit cards and billing practices?
The West Coast Group hopes so. That is why the Irvine firm is charging issuers of credit cards $8,600 a pop to attend an all-day briefing next Wednesday of a comprehensive survey on Californians and their credit cards.
The survey results, which reveal not only what cards Californians carry but why they use them, also are available on software for $5,000 a copy.
The West Coast Group originally intended to charge $13,600--the combined price--for anyone wanting to attend the all-day session and buy the software too. But the firm decided to include the software in the price of the briefing.
So far, at least two dozen firms have signed up for the briefing. Lunch is included.
