The Los Angeles office of Peat Marwick Main & Co. has named nine senior managers as partners. They include: audit partners John D. Owens and George Y. Lo; in the management consulting department, Elaine E. Jennings as principal, and Hamilton W. Jenkins, Kent S. Marquardt and E. Winston Elton, and tax partners Zachary G. Shuman, Donna L. Rowland and K. Michael Spuhler.
