A San Diego man was listed in fair condition at UC San Diego Medical Center Tuesday after being shot 12 times in the abdomen, legs and buttocks Monday night with a 9-millimeter semi-automatic pistol, said police spokesman Dave Cohen.
Police are seeking Carlos Gomez, described as in his early 40s, 5-foot-2 with a heavy build, in connection with the shooting of Javier Solis Diego, 25, in the 400 block of South 33rd Street.
