There are big doings at the Los Angeles area’s film development committees: The L.A. County Office of Motion Picture and Television Development has a new director: David Dizenfeld. He comes from MGM/UA, where he was an attorney. He also served as a technical adviser on the “L.A. Law” pilot. Dizenfeld will serve as liaison between county officials and production entities. . . .
