It now looks like Lionel Richie’s wife won’t be prosecuted for kicking her husband and thrashing the young model with whom Brenda Richie found Lionel Richie last month. “The sense is, there probably won’t be a criminal prosecution,” Los Angeles Deputy Dist. Atty. Hugh Bobys said Tuesday. The Richies and model-actress Diane Alexander will meet with the prosecutor privately on Aug. 15 in his Beverly Hills office in an attempt to resolve the matter. “A decision on whether to prosecute will depend on what the alleged victims want to do,” Bobys said.
