Club Postnuclear, a new venue for pop and jazz at 775 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach, will open July 30 with a rock show by the Three O’Clock. Paul Hartmann, one of the club’s managers, said other bookings so far include reggae with the Itals and Roots Radics on Aug. 10 and with Ini Kamoze on Aug. 31; Windham Hill New Age artists Tuck & Patti on Aug. 22, and contemporary jazz by Kirk Whalum on Aug. 27.
