Compton : Council to Take Vacation

Next Tuesday’s Compton City Council meeting will be the last for the summer season. As is its custom, the council takes a vacation from city business during August.
That means there will be no meetings of the Urban Development Commission or the Public Finance Authority. The council acts as those agencies when it is conducting redevelopment business. Regular Tuesday council meetings will resume Sept. 6.
